All About We Care Car Care

History

We Care Car Care started in 2010 when an entrepreneurial car enthusiast struggled to find a company that could thoroughly detail his SUV while providing quick and friendly service. Frustrated by poor results, harmful chemicals and the inconvenience of a traditional drop-off detail shop, WE CARE CAR CARE mobile detailing was born.

Convenience is the marquee of our business. We will detail your vehicle at the location of your choice.
Our self-contained mobile units utilize a rinse less washing system and use of interior steam cleaning that eliminates the need for harmful chemicals and on average, uses less than one gallon of water per car.

Meet The Owner

Patrick Horrigan has over 20 years experience in all aspects of the Detailing and Reconditioning Industry. Starting out on the ground floor of the body shop world performing clean-ups, basic taping and polishing in high school. Patrick started his first part-time detailing business on the side while attending college studying Aviation Technology and Computer Science.
Post college, he spend nearly 10 years years working as a corporate trainer, sales manager and later operational manager for a major corporation all while keeping up with his part time business. In 2010, after partnering with a family member, his part-time detailing business became We Care Car Care.

In 2014 Patrick bought out his business partner and has been running all aspects company. As lead technician Patrick has been out working in field every day since and has assembled a great detailing team of techs and assistants by hiring and training every employee himself. Patrick is also very active in the detailing community offering mentorship and business support to other detailers like himself. Patrick has also attended as well as worked as an instructor for numerous vendor-led continuing education detail and product training.

Our Team

All of our additional detailing techs and assistants are seasonal employees that are mostly college students with diverse backgrounds. Detail techs spend several seasons learning and training with the owner before they can be promoted from being an assistant detailer. They are all trained to be are highly skilled and have many years of experience; always on the leading edge of the detailing industry. The students also get hands on opportunity in all aspects of the business, from sales and marketing to daily operations and customer service, they learn the valuable skills needed after college. But most of all: they love cars and care about yours. Whether it’s our quick, quality, friendly service or the honesty and value we bring to every interaction, our customers love us.

2020 and Beyond

In 2019 our first franchise, We Care Car Care – North began operations. After an extensive training period and refinements to our operations we were able to open a second location. The opening of We Care Car Care – North has given us the ability to significantly lower our wait times for appointments without any sacrifice to quality and customer service. Both units share employees as well as an overlap in coverage area which offers us much more flexibility in scheduling and sharing of resources.

In December of 2020, We Care Care Care opened its first fixed location in North Framingham. We are able to add services that are difficult or impossible to perform mobile including advanced paint coatings and installing of window tint and paint protection film. More services that fall into automotive restoration category is planned for 2021.

As we move into 2021 we are looking to open a third franchise as well as a second full time crew for We Care Car Care.

I can’t possibly recommend this company enough! Always on time, extremely responsive and they work with your schedule. I own a seasonal RV and We Care Car Care has been taking care of it ever since I purchased it used. When I first bought the RV it was in amazing shape except for the exterior that was very dull and chaulky. They were able to restore the outside to make it look as new as the interior did Every year since they make a trip up to clean up the RV and a few of my neighbors in the park I stay in as well.
